As a gesture of solidarity at a difficult moment in history, leading pharmaceutical manufacturer, Cipla South Africa, will be sponsoring 1000 masks for the South African Society of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists (SASOG).
This donation will provide much needed PPE to the Society at a time when its members may be called upon to intensify their efforts in the fight against the COVID-19 pandemic in South Africa. This contribution sees Cipla join the ranks of industry leaders across various sectors, who have supported health care workers in providing care to their patients in the safest possible environment.
“Doctors are a precious resource in our country and we are pleased to be able to contribute to their safety and the safety of their patients during this anxious time”, said Paul Miller, CEO Cipla South Africa.
