What is the PPBU?

The Private Business Practice Unit (PBPU) is a SASOG initiative focused on providing doctors with practical business skills, lifestyle management insights, and real-world strategies to succeed in private practice.

“Accessing knowledgeable resources is essential in navigating private practice, staying informed empowers Obstetricians & Gynaecologists in the quest to optimize care, enhance efficiency and lead with confidence”

Dr. Thato Mothlanke

"I wish something like this was available when I started my private practice as no one prepares you for the realities of running a practice and you make a lot of painful mistakes."

Dr. Peet Potgieter
